Your massage will be given with light to medium pressure for general relaxation to improve circulation and release the tension from your body. It is best to follow-up with your therapist in two to three weeks after your initial appointment to insure that your body remains stress free.

Sports Massage

Strenuous exercise leaves muscles feeling fatigued, stiff and sometimes sore. Massage stretches and lengthens shortened muscles, and reduces spasms. A pre-event massage is brief and invigorating with strokes used to warm and energize only the muscles used in that particular sport. Post-event massage after you've cooled down will reduce pain and soreness felt in the muscle groups used, as well as flush out metabolic waste products that build up during heavy muscle use. Post-event may include stretches as well.

Pre-Natal Massage

Ease the discomforts of pregnancy with regular massage treatments. In your session, you will be comfortably supported with pillows and cushions, scented or unscented oils or lotions are used to your specification. Massage will ease away your discomforts and stress, leaving you with more energy to deal with the changes taking place in your body as you prepare for the birth of your baby. Also great for the expectant Dad! A combination of deep muscle manipulation and tension relieving strokes will relax and calm the tension Dad feels during this time of emotional and physical change.

Infant Massage

Baby's First Massage is a private session designed for parents and care givers, and their medically stable newborn infant. In this session you will be shown various techniques of early infant communication, crying & what it might mean, comforting & coping, baby's time out cues, the healing process of newborns, and how to give a loving, gentle massage. You will be given a booklet to take home with you that outlines all that is discussed and a simple massage routine to do daily.

Comfort Massage

If you are dealing with the diagnosis, treatment and side effects of cancer or any other serious illness, this gentle, caring type of massage can help support your recovery by easing pain, reducing stress and allowing your body to release natural pain killers, such as endorphins. Your therapist will keep in close contact with you in regards to what treatments you are going through, and schedule your appointments around treatments and your health.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage is performed with the application of smooth basalt lava stones that have been heated to just the right temperature needed to melt your tension away. Stones are placed in areas that generally hold tension such as the back, and then oiled stones are used in flowing strokes to relax the body.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment performed on the feet and hands. On Site Massage

Per hour, per therapist with a 2 hour minimum.

On-site massage can be done practically anywhere. All that is required is a vacant room or a quiet corner. A brisk 5-20 minute massage will revitalize you and contribute to a sense of overall well-being.

There are two types available to you. Chair massage is performed in specially designed portable chairs in which the client remains fully clothed. No oils or creams are used.

On-site chair massage sessions generally last 15 minutes and target the neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back.

Table massage is usually done with clothing off, and a light oil or massage lotion is used. Table massage generally lasts 30 minutes to one hour.

On-site services are a great option for

at home spa or pajama parties, bachlorette parties, birthday parties, office events, sporting events, etc.
